TangiRines

Connecting with loved ones through a tangible, reactive interface.

Course: Tangible Interfaces at MIT Media Lab

As tech lead for my final project group, my responsibility was to manage the physical prototyping for TangiRines, a network of stress balls with haptic and illuminated feedback that allows you and your loved ones to communicate support and need for support ambiently.

TangiRines are constructed by milling, soldering, and programming ESP32 boards to control LEDs, vibrating motors, homemade capacitive sensors, and sending signals via wifi.
